About me
My name is Daniella, and I am a health and fitness content creator who lost 115 pounds naturally in two years and have kept the weight off for six years. I believe that you do not need to give up your cultural roots or follow fad diets to life a healthy life.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and I am first-generation Mexican, Persian, and Italian. Growing up, I saw a huge lack of representation of my culture in health spaces, so I decided to create my own. I have been inspiring people from all walks of life and backgrounds to take control of their health in a way that feels accessible and attainable. I am excited to continue this journey with you all!
